Responsibilities:

ROLE OVERVIEW

At GetAgent, our Core Account Sales Team focuses on signing contracts with partner estate agents. Armed with quality vendor leads generated within the business, our sales representatives are responsible for contacting agencies, building relationships and ultimately securing their commitment to an ongoing partnership with GetAgent.
The Key Account Sales Manager is a key role within GetAgent as we look to align our sales strategy with our growth strategy. As the Key Account Sales Manager your primary focus will be on building relationships and expanding our reach within the top 400 estate agents in the U.K.; around half of which we are currently working with. You will work closely with the Head of Sales to build on and execute our robust key account acquisition strategy, manage and close a pipeline of key account customers, and employ various approaches, including phone, video calls, events and in-person meetings. You will be the sole contributor responsible for selling into the remaining 200 Key Accounts.
This role offers the successful candidate a unique opportunity to become part of the next successful stage of a high-growth and profitable PropTech business.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Collaborate with the Head of Sales to build on and deliver a comprehensive Key Account acquisition strategy.
  • Manage and close a pipeline of key account customers within the top 400 GetAgent clients.
  • Utilise a combination of communication channels to approach each account strategically, meeting in person where possible.
  • Attend industry conferences to expand network and relationships.
  • Achieve sales targets as the sole contributor.
