We are needing a Key Account Support to join our team in Auckland!

Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Main day-to-day contract contact for the largest compliance contract in New Zealand
  • Attend and present at all the client monthly review meetings
  • Responsible for all client contract invoicing, etc.
  • Complete the allocated administration of the account customers in an accurate and timely fashion associated with the management of current customers
  • Foster internal relationships with the relevant roles throughout the business
  • Provide reporting as required by Clients agreements
  • Process and request Purchase and Work orders for clients as required
  • Provide data input of all required client information into allocated systems
  • Provide, File, lodge and or produce Compliance documentation as required by allocated clients
  • Complete invoicing procedures within required levels and time frames
  • Maintain client communications around the day to day activity as per client requirements
  • Provide administration support to the team
