As a Key Accounts Executive, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our key clients. You will be the main point of contact for these clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their staffing needs are met. This role requires a strategic and proactive approach to account management, as well as strong communication and negotiation skills.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or sales, preferably in the recruitment or staffing industry
- Proven track record of successfully managing key accounts and achieving targets
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
- Willingness to travel as needed

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, responding to their inquiries and providing support
- Conduct regular meetings and check-ins with clients to ensure their satisfaction and identify any opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategies to meet clients’ staffing needs
- Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms
- Monitor and analyze key account performance, providing reports and recommendations to improve results
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market changes that may impact clients’ staffing needs
- Participate in networking events and conferences to expand the company’s client base
