Description:
London (Hybrid) - Aldgate office 2 days per week, 3 days remote/WFH
Note: during probation this will be 3 days in office and 2 remote

Responsibilities:
Reporting directly to the Enterprise and Key Accounts Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing Goodlord’s largest accounts and driving growth through strategic upselling and retention initiatives.
- Manage High-Value Accounts: Take ownership of a portfolio of Goodlord’s largest and most strategic accounts, focusing on maximising growth opportunities and delivering exceptional value to our clients.
- Achieve Targets and KPIs: Work towards defined targets and KPIs for revenue growth, customer retention, and upsell success. Consistently meet or exceed these metrics through strategic account management and sales tactics.
- Build and Cultivate Relationships: Develop and maintain high-quality relationships with decision-makers, key influencers, and users within client organisations. Utilise these relationships to understand their needs and drive product adoption and longer-term contracts.
- Strategic Upselling: Identify and capitalise on opportunities to upsell additional product features and longer contracts, leveraging your understanding of customer needs and market dynamics
