Description:
The Role
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Key Accounts Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key accounts in the HoReCa (Hotel, Restaurant, and Catering) sector. The role will involve developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, driving sales growth, and implementing effective account management strategies. Responsibilities: - Develop and execute strategic plans to grow key accounts in the HoReCa sector. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions. - Achieve sales targets and KPIs by identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities within the HORECA sector. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client requirements and timely delivery of products and services. - Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats or opportunities within the HORECA segment. - Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and account status to the management team. - Studying of Profit and Loss account. - Maintaining excellent relationships with the customers. - Upselling of the products - Sales comparison year on year - Looking for new Opportunities in the market - Studying the market (market analysis)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - Proven experience in key account management within the HoReCa sector, preferably in the retail industry(least 5 years). - Strong understanding of the HORECA market dynamics, trends, and customer preferences. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-driven approach. - Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. - Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite. - Fluency in English, with knowledge of Arabic being an advantage.
