Description:

JOB DESCIPTION

  • Manage a portfolio of existing client accounts, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow revenue within assigned accounts, identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and new business development.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any questions, concerns, or needs, and providing regular updates on products, services, or changes.
  • Negotiate contract terms and conditions to close sales deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Monitor and report on sales metrics, providing accurate forecasts and performance analysis to support decision-making.
  • Work closely with other departments (e.g., finance, customer support, product development) to ensure smooth service delivery and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth and keep the company ahead of the competition.
  • Develop strategies for maintaining high customer retention and satisfaction, implementing feedback mechanisms to improve the client experience.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • 6+ years of experience in sales, key account management, or customer relations.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Experience in the industry relevant to the company’s products or services.
  • Familiarity with sales strategies and methodologies.
  • Analytical skills to understand sales metrics and identify improvement areas
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
