Team Overview:
As a Senior Strategy Analyst at DiDi Food, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing our strategic initiatives to drive growth and market leadership. The Strategy Senior Analyst will work closely with the commercial and engagement teams to reach the full growth potential of the Key Accounts business.
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough market analysis and research to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive threats.
- Understand and analyze the Key Accounts business continuously to determine strengths, weaknesses, operational effectiveness and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Commercial Operations, Eater Growth, Eater Engagement, Product Development, and Finance to implement strategies and ensure seamless execution.
- Analyze data and KPIs to track performance against strategic goals and provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Support operational workload with different Key Accounts to achieve strategic short and long term goals
Role Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Actuarial/Mathematics or related field
- 1-3 years of professional experience in commercial consulting and/or strategy or related field
- Database management
- Data Analysis and interpretation
- SQL coding
- Financial & forecasting modeling
