    What You Will Do:

  • Provide world-class customer service by helping customers, answering questions, and sharing your passion for our mission when greeting donors.

  • Assist in the scheduling of staff and preparation of time and attendance reports.
  • Assist the Manager or Assistant Manager in the day to day operations of the store and donation center.
  • Train, develop and supervise team members.
  • Assist the Store Manager in complying with all organizational image, security and safety practices according to policies and procedures.
  • Maintain acceptable product standards.
  • Follow Goodwill’s Policies and Health & Safety guidelines.
  • Contribute to teamwork with added activities.
  • Help to keep the donor area look clean, organized and safe.
  • Responsible for opening and closing tasks, which includes working evenings and weekends.

  • Flexibility: able to work at various times, including days, evenings, and weekends.
