PROJECT SUMMARY
:
Do you have experience of providing project management expertise for retail employee engagement and customer experience projects?
This consulting opportunity is to support our client (a leading consumer electronics company) to drive impactful business results by designing and executing programs that enhance the in-store experience.
The project needs a consultant who:
- has five years of project management experience and outstanding stakeholder management skills
- has previous experience of retail store operations
- is a strategic thinker with exceptional analytic, problem solving and communication skills
- is dedicated to consistently delivering extraordinary employee engagement and customer experience.
This role is hybrid (London office Tuesday - Thursday) with some travel and flexibility to work across multiple time zones.
MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
:
Successful consultants will be able to demonstrate the following:
- Minimum of 5 years project management experience and deep understanding of project planning processes, techniques and methodologies.
- Previous Retail Store Operations
- Stakeholder management, negotiation and conflict management skills and proven ability to identify and escalate issues.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Knowledge and understanding of employee and customer engagement strategies.
- Excellent communications skills
- Ability to run several projects at once.
OPTIONAL SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
:
It will also be advantageous if you have:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience within retail store operations, regional or national retail management or field leadership experience.
