We currently have an exciting opportunity to join us as a Kilns Operative within our growing Kilns Team.

IN A NUTSHELL YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

Your job role at shaws is to set and strip kilns with hand crafted luxury Shaws sinks, to move sinks from spraying to kilns and good sinks to packing. being proactive and eliminating operational related faults.

FOR THIS ROLE WE WOULD NEED YOU TO DEMONSTRATE:

• Previous experience in a similar role and happiest in a fast paced environment
• Proven experience in delivering data driven solutions
• Excellent at multi tasking and working with competing priorities
• Technical understanding of computer programming and application development
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work in a cross-functional and collaborative team environment
• Demonstrated project management skills, adherence to timelines, stakeholder communication
• Knowledge of Windows based systems and MS Office Suite
• A solutions focused mindset
• Be a confident and credible operator
