The Fresh Collective are looking for a passionate Kiosk and Espresso Bar Manager to lead the team at the Kiosk and Espresso Bar at the Sydney Modern Art Gallery at the Art Gallery of NSW.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet customers
  • Make coffee to a high quality and appearance
  • Take orders and enter in POS
  • Coordinate with Fresh departments including cafe, kitchen and operations
  • Direct the team of full time and casual staff and assist operations where necessary
  • Weekly rostering of staff to set budgets
  • Lead by example, nurturing and motivating staff
  • Ensures all staff are trained in the various duties
  • Reports to the Venue Manager
