• Oversee the smooth operation of the kiosk on a daily basis.
• Lead and motivate the team to deliver excellent customer service.
• Manage inventory and ensure efficient stock replenishment.
• Develop sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Maintain hygiene and quality standards at all times.
• Prepare staff schedules and monitor team productivity.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in managing a kiosk, café, or restaurant.
• Previous experience in the F&B (Food & Beverage) sector is a must.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in English is required; Arabic or other languages are a plus.
