We’re looking for an enthusiastic and reliable sales associate to join our Kipling Concession store in Arnotts

KNOW WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Previous experience in a supervisory position welcomed
  • You are fully flexible to work Monday Sunday 5/7 some early mornings and late evenings as well as weekends will be required in this role
  • You have a proactive, can-do attitude
  • You are open and love interacting with people, able to express yourself, listen and understand customers
  • You have a genuine interest in active lifestyle, fashion, or retail trends
  • You are a fast learner and embrace new challenges
  • You are fluent in English (any other language would be a plus!)
  • You are flexible when it comes to working weekends, evenings, and holidays when necessary

Responsibilities:

Kipling in our Arnotts Concession store are currently looking for a supervisor to join their team on a full-time permanent basis. The role will be pivotal in supporting the day-to-day activities of the Department, leading and mentoring team members in order to provide the highest level of customer service. Our Team Leads play an integral part of the Brown Thomas Arnotts journey in reinventing retail in a genuine and sustainable way and we’re hiring a team whose vision and style are as vibrant as our own to elevate this unique experience and redefine the future of retailing in Ireland.
