Kitchen Assistant/Cook

JOB SCOPE

We are now looking for talented individuals to come and join our team as a Kitchen Assistant on a full time basis.
Reporting to the Group Hospitality Manager, the Kitchen Assistant will play a key role supporting the Chef team to prepare and cook exceptional food for our customers. You will be responsible for supporting the chef in the kitchen with food preparation and cleaning duties. All of our food will be made fresh and you will play a big part in ensuring our customers receive the same high quality of food each time they come.
You will also ensure the cleanliness in the kitchen is of a high standard throughout each shift to ensure that food is prepared and served in the cleanest of environments, so much so you will want to show your friends your shiny stainless steel benches.

• Prepare and serve food to a consistently high standard
• Keep all back of house areas clean
• Assist in keeping all areas of the venture clean i.e. internally and externally
• Follow all health & safety and food safety guidance
