KITCHEN ASSISTANT -REQUIRED AT OAKVIEW LODGE NURSING HOME, WELWYN GARDEN CITY, PART OF THE COUNTRY COURT FAMILY

Hours: 40 Hours per week, working weekends on rota (Shift Times -7:30am-6pm )
Oakview Lodge Nursing Home provides family-led nursing, residential and dementia care in a quiet area of the beautiful Welwyn Garden City. Situated on the site of the old Queen Elizabeth Hospital, the friendly and compassionate care team delivers outstanding, personalised care to residents with a range of needs.

Within the Kitchen Assistant role, you can really make a difference to our residents’ lives. Your responsibilities will include:

• Help our chefs prepare & deliver stunning food for our residents.
• Make sure that the food is correctly labelled & meets the specific dietary requirements for our Residents.
• Wastage from the preparation is kept to a minimum.
• Follow COSHH & Health & Safety Standards
