Responsibilities:
This is a key role that supports all of the kitchen brigade! You may be keeping all areas clean and tidy, washing dishes, mopping floors, stacking and unpacking dishwashers, recycling and looking after the basic health & safety needs of the kitchen area. You may also help with very basic food preparation and storage.nder the direction of the Kitchen Manager. As Kitchen Assistant you will ensure that all our guests leave the hotel highly satisfied and with the desire to return.
