USEFUL EXPERIENCE

- Knowledge of Food Safety & Licensing laws
- Personal experience of travel and travel industry
Responsibilities:
- Helping guests and creating positive experiences
- Operate Food & Beverage outlets the Moxy way
- Prepare food and deliver consistent food quality
- Preparation, set-up, service, clean up and restocking of the appropriate prep areas of food
- Restock, take deliveries, plan orders, and organize BOH areas
- Cleanliness of the kitchen area
- Full ownership of FIFO system (first in first out) of food & beverage items
- Follow all food safety, licensing and health and safety policies to work safely
- Food handling according to HACCP regulations (product rotation, temperature maintenance and record keeping, storage procedures etc.)
- Supporting other Crew Members and follow direction from Crew Leaders. This may include covering shifts on the bar.
- Promote and support the Moxy brand & the Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program
