We are seeking passionate and skilled kitchen crew members to join our team. The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in Italian cuisine, specifically in making pasta and pizza. A strong emphasis on opening dough by hand is highly desirable but not crucial.

• Proven experience in an Italian kitchen, specifically with pasta and pizza.
• Skilled in opening dough by hand – a significant plus!
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

• Pasta Preparation: Prepare a variety of pasta dishes, ensuring consistent quality and taste according to recipes.
• Pizza Making: Prepare and cook pizzas using traditional techniques, including hand-stretching dough and managing a pizza Electric oven.
• Ingredient Management: Assist in the preparation and portioning of ingredients.
• Kitchen Operations: Support all kitchen operations, including food prep, cooking, plating, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Quality Control: Ensure all dishes meet our high standards for taste, presentation, and consistency.
