• Previous demonstrated experience in a kitchen environment
• Team orientated but also able to work autonomously
• Excellent time management skills
• Flexible attitude to hours, including weekends, public holidays and on short notice

We’re seeking an enthusiastic Kitchen Hand to join our dynamic kitchen brigade and support our Chefs in the daily operations of a bustling kitchen. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Stacking and unstacking the dishwasher
• Keeping the kitchen and work area spotless
• Assisting with food preparation
• Performing general kitchen duties
• Collaborating with the team to support our Chefs
