We have a fantastic position for a Kitchen Intern in our restaurant The Fifty One at Moxy Brussels City Center.
The Fifty One is a hotspot that offers casual yet professional and personalized service in a cozy and homey atmosphere. You will work closely with the F&B associates to ensure an excellent experience that will win our guests loyalty

As a kitchen intern you will work in the kitchen of The Fifty One. You will join an international team where everyone is important. In the kitchen we prepare lunch and dinner.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Making mice and place with fresh ingredients
- Cooking dishes from the authentic Italian kitchen
- Supporting the chefs in the kitchen
- Compliance with the HACCP rules
- Ensuring proper storage and processing of various products
We are looking for an intern with passion or a strong curiosity for cooking. Additionally, looking for someone with the following qualities:
- You follow a relevant HBO or MBO course;
- You are looking for an internship for at least 5 months;
- You are independent, representative and stress-resistant;
- You are creative and like to think along!
Responsibilities:
