KITCHEN MANAGER

We are looking for an experienced Kitchen Manager or an experienced Kitchen Team Leader who is ready to take their next step in their career. As a leader in the business, Kitchen Managers are the figureheads of the dining operation who deliver consistently high standards whilst developing the Kitchen Managers of the future.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the recruitment and induction of new team members
  • Leading, managing and developing your Brigade whilst ensuring their training is fully complete at all times
  • Responsible for maintaining both kitchen hygiene and food safety standards within the kitchen at all times and safety standards in the kitchen area
  • Be responsible for the creation of kitchen rota, ensuring labour targets are met
  • Conduct periodic stock takes to ensure delivery of GP margins in line with targets
  • Adopt a proactive strategy to boost sales and drive growth by engaging effectively with both the kitchen and front-of-house teams.
  • Order food supplies and kitchen equipment, as needed
