We are now seeking an Kitchen Manager to join our team at AAC Middle Wallop
Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- To plan, organise and manage delivery of all services within the All Ranks Diner and coffee shop.
- Ensure service standards, KPIs, and contractual terms are met, maintained, and improved in the assigned area
- To ensure all risk assessments, Safe systems of work are up to date and relevant.
- To support and deliver training to all catering staff across Middle Wallop food service operations.
- To conduct Unit Business Health checks as needed across site in support of the General Manager.
- To co-ordinate chef activity across the Middle Wallop site in accordance with the needs and demands of the business, whilst minimising the use of agency labour.
- To deliver the day to day food offer across all outlets at Middle Wallop.
