Description:
Fable Diner is looking for an experienced kitchen manager to join our team in Mount Pleasant
Ideal candidate must be available for Saturday & Sunday brunch, have full availability and open to a mix of days, nights and weekends.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Proven experience as a garde , line cook, or other high-volume position preferred but not required.
A minimum of 3 years kitchen experience in a leadership role
Knowledge of cooking methods, ingredients, and equipment
Familiarity with sanitation regulations and cooking techniques
Physical ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs.)and stand for long periods
Ability to communicate effectively with staff and guests

Responsibilities:
Maintain high standards for plate presentation and food quality
Be able to work in an open kitchen
Thrive in a busy atmosphere and be able to work multiple stations
Maintain sanitation standards in the kitchen, including keeping a clean kitchen station and maintaining cleanliness throughout the restaurant
Ensure that all food is prepared according to company standards and within health regulations
Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
Teached and lead the kitchen team from dish to prep to line cooks and set the example necessary
