• To carry out instructions given by SCOD
• To complete all storage, stock rotation and cleaning tasks as given by SCOD
• To unload food and equipment deliveries
• To keep the storeroom organised
• To promote a welcoming and inclusive team environment
• To attend training and team meetings as required
• To undertake any such other duties as may be reasonably requested by the company
• To fully understand the Balans concept and mission statement and to enthusiastically ensure all team members are proficient in this area and can effectively communicate to others
• To ensure they complete their flow training within the set deadlines
