Kitchen Porter / Trainee Chef

Due to expanding business needs and continued growth, we are currently recruiting for a Kitchen Porter / Trainee Chef to work alongside our existing team at Kishorn port, who will mentor and develop the successful applicant’s kitchen skills.

Duties include:

• Preparing food as directed by the chef
• Washing up, cleaning and clearing all kitchen and canteen areas
• Unloading and putting away food deliveries
• Clearing and cleaning food preparation areas after service times
• Follow all food & hygiene legislation

Experience is not essential, we are looking for somebody who is enthusiastic, self-motivated, and passionate about the industry. Full training will be provided.
