We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic Kitchen Porters/assistants, excited to join our friendly teams on Tresco Island & our award winning, 3 AA rosette Hell Bay Hotel on the beautiful island of Bryher for our 2025 season.

Department: Tresco Island & Hell Bay Hotel
Salary: From £12.25 per hour, dependent on experience
Benefits: Tips, meals and accommodation
Hours: Full Time, 2 days off per week
Contract Length: Seasonal, March to October (dates can be flexible)

• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas
• Wash dishes, pots, pans, and other kitchenware
• Assist with receiving and storing food supplies and ingredients
• Help with food service during banquets, events, or restaurant service
• Follow all health and safety regulations in the kitchen
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
• Occasionally assist in food preparation and cooking under the supervision of the kitchen staff
  Note: This position may involve standing for long periods of time and lifting heavy objects. Training will be provided for specific tasks and responsibilities.
