Description:

With more than 100 years’ experience behind us, joining Magnet means joining one of the UK’s biggest and best known kitchen brands and is part of the wider Nobia group.
For this role the expected salary is 26,000 - £35,000 per year. Please note that this role involves managing operations across multiple locations, requiring travel between 3-4 stores. As a result, candidates must hold a valid UK driving license and have access to their own vehicle.

As a Cluster Kitchen Sales Designer, we are looking for a highly organised and adaptable individual with a robust sales and design background. Also, to be successful in this role, you will have the following attributes:

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

The Greater Picture: At Nobia, we’re not just designing kitchens; we’re building connections. This role is integral to our journey. You’ll operate within a cluster of stores, seamlessly integrated into sales-focused, and driven teams. Your contribution will be invaluable, leveraging your skills to boost sales, achieve targets.
As a Cluster Kitchen Sales Designer you will manage relationships with multiple customers across various locations by working closely with them to create their dream kitchen and supporting them through the full journey, from initial conversations in one of our Magnet showrooms right through to installation and after care (home visits).
