JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Prepare and cook menu items to quality standards.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness, sanitation, and organization.
• Assist with food preparation, plating, and presentation.
• Manage inventory, storage, and disposal of food products.
• Operate kitchen equipment, tools, and appliances.
• Collaborate with chefs, cooks, and other kitchen staff.
• Follow recipes, menus, and cooking procedures.
• Ensure food safety and quality control.
• Participate in kitchen maintenance and cleaning.
• Support special events and catering operations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of kitchen experience (optional).
• Food safety certification (e.g., ServSafe).
• Basic math skills and attention to detail.
