The Jolly Fisherman is located on the seafront in Skegness, next to the famous Jolly Fisherman statue. The pub is perfect for families, coach trips, and weekend revellers. The Jolly Fisherman offers something for everyone, whether it be having a coffee and breakfast with us in the morning, enjoying a pint of ice cold lager in the afternoon, or partying the night away with a cocktail at the weekend.

• Assisting with food preparation.
• Produce high-quality dishes consistently to specification for our guests.
• Ensure the kitchen is in an excellent, clean and hygienic condition at all times.
• Overseeing deliveries.
• Offer suggestions and creative ideas that can improve the kitchen’s performance.
• Work with the team to achieve company targets.
