Voor onze klant in Amsterdam zijn wij op zoek naar een Klantcommunicatie Manager (content design, Copywriting)
Wij zijn op zoek naar een klantcommunicatie manager die naast communicatie advies sterk is in content design en copywriting.

THE TEAM

The Communications & Brand Experience Centre of Expertise (CoE) is part of the organization. The CoE has three Areas (Internal & External Communications; Branding, Advertising and Sponsoring; Media Relations & Stakeholder Management).
Since the job is about being a specialist in writing Dutch content, and training people how to write understandable Dutch content, most of the job description will be in Dutch.
Het team Brand Experience maakt deel uit van dit CoE en heeft 2 focuspunten: Brand Direction & Design, en Brand & Customer Communications (BCC). In het team BCC zorgen we ervoor dat de organiastie begrijpelijke klantcommunicatie maakt die on brand is.
Dat doen we door rest van de organisatie mee te nemen in de Verbal Identity. Door content creators te trainen, te adviseren en door klantcommunicatie te reviewen en te schrijven. Ook ontwikkelen we richtlijnen zodat er op consistente wijze naar onze klanten wordt gecommuniceerd.
