YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES

• A career in logistics, certification in Freight Forwarder, or related experience is preferred.
• At least 1 year in the KN organization.
• Intermediate English level – written and oral.
• Intermediate Excel level.
• Able to do overtime and/or work on holidays.
• Problem Solutions oriented.
• Motivated to grow and learn.

YOUR ROLE

Safeguards works providing operational support along with clerical tasks that aid the business operations. S/He is able to perform at least 3 scalable processes as per Task Classification, keep Quality and Productivity targets as meet expectations and support with data analysis, improvements and optimizations.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Learn how to develop the processes into the company system, properly.
• Follow working instructions, guidelines, toolkits, and SOP’s.
• Attend to trainings.
• Achieve productivity and quality KPI’s.
• Provide customer service either by telephone or electronically.
• Keep fluent communication with his/her Team Lead assigned in the moment and the Team Manager in charge.
• Follow company Policy Manual.
• Be proactive to anticipate problems with the process he/she is handling, execute improvements actions.
• Operational support execution in the tasks as needed.
• Support with the migration process to speed it up in terms of training and receiving new processes.
• Support with analysis of point of improvement in the processes, leadership, optimization.
• Perform any other tasks or duties as assigned by your immediate supervisor.
• The schedule we offer: Monday to Friday 7:45am to 4:45pm (schedule subject to change) 100% on-site
