SKILLS AND BEHAVIOURS REQUIRED

• Demonstrate ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
• Strong attention to detail
• Well-organised with a customer-orientated approach
• Strong people and communication skills
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office products (Power point, word and excel)
• Excellent written and spoken English essential, Arabic language skills advantageous

• Uploading our best practice content into the Bid to Win Hub
• Support the wider BG team in maintaining data accuracy and relevance
• Supporting bid teams in sourcing, collecting and curating best practice bid content
• Answering requests for information and content
• Supporting our communications and other internal team to deliver content updates for our SharePoint sites
• Supporting training, change and awareness campaigns relating to knowledge management
