POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Supporting the C&A business functions with composing and maintaining technical workflows (process)and procedures in HIYA. They are responsible for explaining topics, tasks activities and workflows in a clear actionable way. They should have thorough understanding of C&A, compliance, QA requirements, as well as being able to identify where work processes impact other C&A departments
- Providing a central source to keep the C&A knowledge base up to date, presented in a useable format that aligns with the C&A Design principles so that the people in C&A can find it easily and know that it is valid and up to date.
- Monitoring the state of the knowledge base for C&A, they support the implementation, building and maintenance the C&A knowledge base
- Developing, deploying, and maintaining best practice knowledge in order to sustain or improve the capability and effectiveness of C&A
- Reporting and analysing data to monitor and identify continuous improvement opportunities in the effectiveness and use of HIYA for C&A, this may include user data and system enhancements.
- Supporting as a C&A Change Champion/Knowledge expert to identify department, cross functional impacts and implement and embed knowledge changes as required
- Validating and supporting the communication of knowledge (process and procedure) changes
- C&A Knowledge creation and maintenance within agreed timeframe
- Manage and action knowledge requests within agreed timeframe
- Liaise with key subject experts/stakeholders to gather and document process information
- Accountable for developing, deploying, and maintaining best practice knowledge (quality and quantity) to sustain or improve the capability of C&A within expected timeframes
WHAT EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING;
- The ability to work effectively with all levels of business and technical teams, and to be able to tailor your communication style accordingly
- Demonstrated experience in technical writing including producing, reviewing and documentation to a high standard specific to process and procedure writing, and ensuring accuracy and adherence to relevant style guides and standards from effective information gathering
- Proven ability to distil complex information into a clear and logical written format
- Apply quality written, verbal and interpersonal skills, including the ability to interpret and apply policy, guidelines, business rules, analyse system processes and process map solutions
- Effective oral and written communication and presentation skills including knowledge of grammatical structure and content
- Excellent organisational and analytical skills
- Demonstrated skills in critical thinking; attention to detail; and problem-solving skills
- Effective time management, planning, and prioritisation and the ability to manage changing priorities
- The ability to engage, coordinate, and influence a large range of stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritise tasks and work effectively under pressure while maintaining a high quality of work
- Proven ability to work effectively both autonomously and in a team-based environment
- A passion for providing a high level of service to both our internal and external customers
- Self-motivation and enthusiasm for helping Claims and Assessing and Change and Operational Support adhere to business requirements.
The successful candidate will ideally have:
- Experience with Insurance terminology and an understanding of the Claims and Assessing Process.
