WHAT’S THE OPPORTUNITY?
We are looking for a Knowledge Management Specialist who will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing our corporate learning strategy to ensure we develop a Commercial World Class Team. The ideal candidate possesses deep expertise in knowledge management, with a strong methodological background in learning principles. This role will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our learning programs are impactful, scalable, and aligned with the company’s strategic goals.
Our ideal candidate is a good communicator, an excellent listener, self-motivated, a natural problem solver, and a great multitasker who can work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The role involves developing and maintaining knowledge management systems, fostering a culture of continuous learning, and ensuring that valuable information is accessible to all relevant stakeholders. You’ll also design, develop, and manage comprehensive training programs, ensuring our team is equipped with the skills and expertise to excel.
WHAT SKILLS DO I NEED?
- A degree in education, human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- Passion for training and development and deep interest in understanding the company needs to develop the team to provide the best customer experience possible.
- Proven record in executing on a knowledge management framework.
- Proven experience in training development and delivery.
- Strong organizational and project management skills in order to assist in the implementation of knowledge management initiatives
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey knowledge management principles and practices
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify and address knowledge gaps.
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to measure training effectiveness and make data-driven improvements.
- Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new knowledge management tools and practices.
- Fluent in English.
