Responsibilities:
As a Knowledge Management Specialist, you will be responsible for structuring and making knowledge accessible within the global packaging community. You will work closely with all colleagues in the packaging team to ensure that information is effectively shared and utilized. Your main responsibilities include:
- Maintenance of the SharePoint system “PackOne": You will be responsible for the continuous updating and management of PackOne to ensure that important information is structured and available.
- Ensuring knowledge availability for the team: You will ensure that the team has easy access to the required knowledge and support the implementation and optimization of knowledge management processes.
- Maintenance of the onboarding tool: You will manage an efficient onboarding tool that facilitates the onboarding process for new employees.
- Creation and delivery of training programs: You will develop training programs and conduct sessions to ensure that employees acquire the right skills and necessary knowledge.
- Integration into the “Home of R&D": You will actively contribute to the integration of knowledge management tools and processes into the Research & Development (R&D) environment.
