Sii’s Microsoft Business Applications Competence Center consists of more than 100 experienced professionals - architects, consultants, developers - who have experience in developing, maintaining and building Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365 CRM products. We have a broad portfolio of projects for international clients from diverse industries.
We are currently looking for a Dynamics 365 CE/CRM Consultant to join our team for upcoming implementation and maintenance projects.

Your role

• Business process analysis and modeling
• Design and configuration of Dynamics 365 CE/CRM system
• Collaborating with the development team in the design and implementation of solutions
• Conducting presentations and training sessions with clients
• Creating functional documentation and concept documents

Your skills

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Dynamics 365 CE/CRM Consultant
• Proficiency in a minimum of two modules (Sales/Customer Service/Marketing/Field Service)
• Very good knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE/CRM Online/Cloud
• Understanding of Power Platform
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, JIRA or other requirements management tool
• Very good knowledge of spoken and written English

Optional:

• Familiarity with MS SharePoint
