What you’ll do
Twój zakres obowiązków
- Wsparcie Account Managerów w zakresie koordynowania pracy zespołu sprzedażowego
- Nadzór nad procesem sprzedaży (RFQ, wyceny, kalkulacje, aktualizacja danychw systemie, poprawność dokumentacji)
- Realizacja kwestii administracyjnych dla zespołu sprzedażowego
- Wsparcie w przygotowywaniu planów sprzedażowych
- Uczestniczenie w audytach
- Analiza danych oraz przygotowywanie raportów
- Udział w procesach rekrutacji, adaptacji oraz szkoleń nowych pracowników z obszaru Sprzedaży

Nasze wymagania
- Wykształcenie wyższe (mile widziana Ekonomia)
- Doświadczenie w sprzedaży, przygotowywaniu ofert, wycen
- Swobodna komunikacja w j. angielskim na potrzeby codziennej komunikacji biznesowej (z uwzględnieniem słownictwa technicznego)
- Znajomość: systemu klasy ERP oraz MS Excel
- Doświadczenie z branży automotive - mile widziane
- Znajomość wymagań ISO 9001/14001/16949 - mile widziane
