SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE REQUIRED INCLUDE:
Essential
- Robust knowledge and demonstrable project experience in Machine Learning and Generative AI
- Semantic content annotation
- Data mining
- Predictive analytics
- Experience with GPT-3
- Experience in Natural Language Processing
- Good communication skills at all levels including the ability to train staff and work with diverse user groups
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to problem solve
Experience in the following would be desirable:
- Reinforcement learning
- System integration, evaluation and optimisation
- User centric GUIs and User Experience
- Federated Learning
- Deep Learning
- AI-enabled error correction in data sets
- Generative AI for automatic report generation
- Automatic annotation and profiling of data assets
- Experience with Chatbot, such as GPT-4 and Llama 2
- Project Management
- Experience in producing academic publications of the highest standards
- Technical writing and reporting
- Experience with cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure, is highly desirable

Responsibilities:
- Familiarise with existing business technologies, which will be essential in the development of the ILSP to ensure effective integration of systems.
- Handling large amounts of data from disparate databases and formats.
- Take account of Harper James’ clients requirements in terms of service and the need for accuracy and consistency in the results from the ILSP.
