JOB DESCRIPTION

This is a remote position.
Job Description *Remote Position @ Philippines (including but not limited to):

As a KYC Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and security of our platform. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing customer applications to verify the submission of all necessary information.
  • Proactively contacting customers to follow up on any missing information or incomplete applications.
  • Requesting additional information from customers when required, in order to determine eligibility or complete an application.
  • Conducting thorough customer risk assessments by meticulously reviewing account documentation and identifying potential risks associated with individual customers.
  • Collaborating closely with other members of the compliance team to develop and implement effective strategies for ensuring compliance.
  • Undertaking any other duties as assigned by the management.
  • Adhering strictly to departmental policies and procedures to maintain a high level of integrity and security.

REQUIREMENTS:

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following criteria:

  • Demonstrated high level of proficiency in both written and spoken English.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Customer Service with KYC Background, preferably in an online gaming environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accurate assessment and documentation of customer information.
  • Strong analytical skills, enabling you to identify and assess potential risks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, allowing you to interact with customers and team members in a professional and helpful manner.
