Join Keystone Solutions as a dedicated Operations Officer specializing in KYC (Know Your Customer) processes. In this consultancy mission, you will be deployed to a client site, leveraging your expertise to ensure the seamless execution of KYC operations. FUNCTION DESCRIPTION:

• Operational Support and Control: Ensure day-to-day operational support and maintain control over KYC processes.
• KYC File Management: Handle KYC files with a focus on quality and compliance.
• Project Support: Provide ad hoc project support as needed.
• Client Interaction: Act as the point of contact for both internal and external clients, ensuring clear communication and effective collaboration.
• Business Continuity: Guarantee uninterrupted business operations and high customer satisfaction.
• Process Improvement: Identify and suggest potential process enhancements.

LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS:

• Dutch: Strong written and spoken communication skills.
• French: Strong written and spoken communication skills.
• English: Profound knowledge required.

EDUCATION:

• Bachelors or Masters degree.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE / KNOWLEDGE:

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE:

• Mandatory: Proficient in MS Office suite.
• Preferable: Knowledge of KYC/AML processes and a strong interest in finance and banking products.

SOFT SKILLS:

• Strong communicator, diplomatic, and customer-oriented.
• Ability to work independently.
• Stress-resistant and flexible.
• Problem-solver with a meticulous attention to detail.
• Open to giving and receiving feedback.
