Experience of customer service, especially a phone-based role would be an advantage.
Insurance experience would be an advantage.

Responsibilities:
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
This is a permanent position to join the central KYC Team working across all Ardonagh Specialty. We work closely together to manage various processes and tasks related to onboarding and due diligence.
One of the responsibilities the team performs is the verification of bank details before any payments can be made.
Due to expansion of the Ardonagh Group we are looking to hire an additional colleague to join our bank details verification ‘sub-team’ to ensure current payment authorisation procedure is followed across the Group.
KEY ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Main focus of the role will involve ensuring bank details obtained from external parties are appropriately verified in line with procedure. This is primarily achieved by independently searching for a phone number online and calling to corroborate the information received. We deal with clients across the world so some flexibility on time zones is required.
- Working within the KYC Team to support the business in completing bank details verifications, in accordance with internal processes.
- Reviewing records and identifying existing accounts that require amendment or verification.
- Arranging internal approvals and assisting with urgent payment requests.
- Completing sanctions screening and discounting false positive results.
- Understanding all First Line of Defence elements of the Ardonagh Specialty Compliance model.
Experience of customer service, especially a phone-based role would be an advantage.
