Are you an experienced learning and development (L&D) leader? We are recruiting for a L&D Business Partner to drive the firm’s L&D strategy and deliver engaging training solutions.

As our L&D Business Partner, you’ll be at the heart of our people strategy, working alongside leaders across the firm to create and deliver engaging training. You’ll help our employees grow their skills, enhance their careers, and contribute to the overall success of the firm.
You’ll be designing learning programmes, delivering training, and bringing your L&D expertise to create meaningful change – and yes, you’ll even get to have some fun along the way!
We know L&D isn’t one-size-fits-all, so we’re giving you the autonomy to innovate and lead. You’ll get to make a real impact in a firm that values professional growth. Plus, you’ll be part of a supportive and collaborative team who’ll celebrate your wins and offer support when needed.
We offer hybrid working at Walker Morris, so you’ll be able to split your time between home and the office, with 2-3 days in the office per week. We’re also all based on one site in Leeds city centre, so you won’t need to travel around the country for any face-to-face training.

• Partner with leaders to understand business needs and deliver bespoke learning solutions.
