The Learning and Development Coordinator is responsible for managing and supporting the company’s training and development programs. This role involves planning, organising, and coordinating learning initiatives, health and safety training, study schemes, and graduate programs. The coordinator will also manage training uploads to Cornerstone and run various learning communities.
The Opportunity:

In this role you will

  • Manage and maintain training modules in Cornerstone, our digital training system. Plan and schedule Learning Hours, ensuring sufficient bookings, and manage the Learning Hours Planner including uploading relevant materials and attendance records
  • Coordinate with safety training providers, schedule training, and ensure certifications and renewals are completed and recorded in a timely manner. Address training queries, manage training credits, and maintain updated training information
  • Administer study schemes, including language lessons, ensuring agreements are signed, payments made, and accurate maintenance of all system records. Create and update general study schemes master files and follow up with employees for results
  • Upload various training materials and attendance records, including webinars, health and safety training, and general training to Cornerstone
  • Organize and manage Cornerstone communities, including APC and study groups, and upload monthly roundups for chartership communities. Address and resolve queries from the L&D inbox
  • Schedule and organize training for graduate programmes, supporting the Chartership programme by coordinating registrations, liaising with RICS/SCSI, acting as the main contact for queries, and arranging final assessment interviews
  • Maintain a preferred supplier list for training vendors and manage contact lists for RICS & SCSI representatives as well as other key vendors

We would love to hear from you if you:

  • Have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or equivalent experience
  • Have 2+ years of experience in learning and development or a related role
  • Have strong organisational and project management skills
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Have the ability to work independently and as part of a team
