L&D Systems Business Partner/Client L&D Systems Relationship Partner Hourly Rate up to €58 Euro Per Hour 9 Month Freelance Contract Location: Remote with visits to Amsterdam Department: Learning and Development We are seeking a Learning Product Specialist with a strong focus on bridging business requirements and technical solutions within our Learning Product Hub. This role is pivotal in enhancing our learning technology stack, specifically with Docebo, and providing strategic insights to drive our learning initiatives forward. The ideal candidate will have experience in both corporate learning environments and vendor relations, coupled with a deep understanding of the learning process. Key Responsibilities:

• Business Partnership: Act as a strategic partner to the HR IT/Services department, ensuring alignment between business needs and technical solutions in the learning space.
• Technology Advisory: Utilize in-depth knowledge of learning technologies, particularly Docebo, to advise on best practices and emerging trends that can enhance our learning initiatives.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with key stakeholders, including Learning Directors and Talent Management leaders, to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that drive engagement and effectiveness.
• Requirements Solutioning: Transform business requirements into technical specifications, working closely with the application team to ensure successful implementation of learning solutions.
• Knowledge Sharing: Stay informed about advancements in learning management systems and related technologies, leveraging this knowledge to recommend improvements and innovations.

Qualifications:

• 5-8 years of experience in a learning-focused role, ideally with a blend of corporate and vendor experience.
• Proven expertise with learning management systems, particularly Docebo, and familiarity with other platforms such as LinkedIn Learning.
• Experience in consulting or customer success roles is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of learning processes and how to effectively integrate technology to support them.
• Excellent soft skills, including stakeholder management, conceptual thinking, and solution-driven mindset.
