QUALIFICATIONS
- Membership of CIPD
- Strong background in L&D
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Confident in delivering training and communicating with learners

Responsibilities:
The role is varied, and you will be actively involved in all aspects of our learners’ journeys – designing, delivering training, assessing and coaching.
Whilst working collaboratively with learners and employers, your responsibilities will include:
- Engage and motivate learners, apprentices and employers towards timely and successful completion of qualifications and programmes.
- Deliver training/coaching sessions and assess learners and apprentices towards achieving awarding body and apprenticeship standards/EPA – providing quality and timely feedback and support.
- Plan, monitor, track and accurately record the progress of learners and apprentices (inc. completing learner reviews) to ensure success is achieved in a timely and cost-effective manner with all documentation timely and accurate.
- Design interactive and engaging training sessions using a variety of methods (face to face, online live, online recorded etc.) in line with employer needs and Standard requirements.
In return, we offer home-based working with full access to our central offices and central support team, given lots of autonomy and flexible working with CPD and development opportunities. Salary is £32-£35k (FTE) depending on experience and location, together with a car allowance, pension and 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
