Description:
Croydon Health Services is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Band 6 Coaching Professional to join our dynamic Learning and Development (L&D) team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the design, development, and delivery of a comprehensive Level 3 Coaching Programme. This role is critical in supporting the organisation’s broader Organisational Development (OD) strategy and contributing to various L&D initiatives aimed at enhancing staff capabilities and performance across the Trust.
L & OD Coaching Facilitator - Band 6
Part-time , 30hrs per week
Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of a Level 3 Coaching Programme, ensuring it aligns with best practices and meets the strategic needs of Croydon Health Services.
Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and coaching interventions tailored to the specific developmental needs of staff, supporting their professional growth and enhancing overall organisational performance.
BESPOKE COACHING SUPPORT:
Provide one-on-one and group coaching sessions, offering tailored support to individuals and teams in line with the Trust’s OD requirements.
Work collaboratively with department heads and other stakeholders to identify coaching needs, and develop bespoke coaching interventions that address specific challenges and opportunities within teams.
- Support for L&D and OD Programmes:
Collaborate with the L&D team to design, deliver, and evaluate various L&D initiatives, ensuring they are effectively integrated into the overall OD strategy.
Contribute to the development of L&D programmes that align with organisational goals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the Trust.
Employ a consultative approach to engage with stakeholders, asking the right questions to uncover the root causes of performance gaps and identifying the most effective coaching or learning interventions.
