You will provide customers with unforgettable personalised experiences whether they are browsing or buying gifts, looking for inspiration or replenishing our ICONIC products.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • You’ll be the go-to expert providing personal recommendations that leave clients feeling confident and ready to conquer the world (or at least their Instagram feed)
  • You’re not just here to sell, you’re here to connect! Build genuine relationships with clients, listen to their needs, and help them discover their ultimate beauty routine. From mastering the latest makeup trends to crafting personalised skincare routines to help clients express their unique style.
  • From skincare secrets to makeup and fragrance must haves, you’ll be a walking encyclopaedia of beauty knowledge. You will share your expertise, provide unbiased recommendations, and help every client find their perfect match across the Loreal Luxe brands.
  • We are all about celebrating individuality and embracing what makes you unique. You will share your passion for inclusivity and create a welcoming space for every beauty lover.
  • How “social” are you? You will be digitally savvy and actively engaged with social media trends with a strong social media presence.
  • You will inject fun into our brands with inclusive moments/events across both on counter and instore animation.

  • You will be self-driven and can motivate yourself to achieve individual sales targets, working to achieve the multi-brand KPI’s as set by your team manager.
  • You will proactively approach customers in a warm and friendly manner to deliver memorable customer experiences.
