Your Mission….
The retail landscape is changing more rapidly than ever, with our shopper habits shifting to trend-led and demanding authenticity and experience over brand and product. Whilst being an ambassador within Be Luxe stores your mission is to inspire your retail team through coaching and drive eventing to ensure the customer is the hero of our brands story. You will empower our Be Luxe Beauty Advisors to maximise their skills and confidence, ensuring we deliver exceptional retail experiences every time.

- You are digitally savvy and actively engage with social media trends to create content, with executing a strong on camera presence.
- You will be actively engaged with internal Be Luxe platforms like One retail.
Key Responsibilities…
- You will be a genuine Brand Ambassador, following the Be Luxe selling steps, services, and retail excellence at al times.
- You will be confident to drive retail through the execution of service and eventing. You will be responsible for growing our retail performance through achieving Be Luxe KPIs.
- You will motive your store teams, leading from the front and sharing your expertise and knowledge as well as driving their own retail achievements.
- You will motivate teams outside of your stores through engaging content on internal Be Luxe platforms and RAE lead training sessions, instore or virtually.
- You will have the ability to build solid relationships with the in-store teams and influence key stakeholders across the business.
You will be organised by nature and be able to prioritise planning for eventing in stores, alongside the retail and education priorities. Ensuring you are maximising your time and having a positive impact in all stores.
You will be results orientated and will share detailed feedback including key learns and new initiatives on a regular basis.
- You may be asked to represent Be Luxe at external events.
Must Haves…
- Flexible approach to availability in line with the needs of the business, including weekends.
- We would love your eventing magic to sometimes be spread across the UK, therefore we would need you to be comfortable with travelling and overnight stays.
- Proven track record of delivering retail KPIs, driving retail, through eventing. providing exceptional customer service.
- Understanding and comfortable using One Retail.
Support And Development…
- Your induction and onboarding will be led by the National Education Manager, and you will work closely with the Retail & Education Activation Manager.
- You will attend regular RAE team trainings where you will have an intro to all new launches, application techniques and get to play with all our new iconic products.
- You will work closely with the RAE team building a community to share ideas, best practices and support each other.
