RETAIL & EDUCATION PROJECTS: FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT
- Support the Luxe Division Retail & Education team to manage the budget and trend process
- Work with key stakeholders (Retail & Education Special Projects Manager, Luxe Retail & Education Director, Be Luxe Training Manager) to successfully manage the process and meet deadlines
- Creation and management of PO’s to ensure payments to suppliers of projects and Retail & Education initiatives
- Working with corporate finance to manage the trend process.
PREFERRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
o Previous experience within Retail
o Understanding of FTE and HC management
o Highly organized by nature and excellent attention to detail
o Strong communication and interpersonal skills
o The ability to troubleshoot and problem solve
o Professional, supportive with a positive attitude
o Advanced Microsoft suite skills are essential (including word, excel & PowerPoint)

Responsibilities:
WHAT ARE KEY HIGHLIGHTS OF THIS ROLE?
We are looking for an exceptional Retail Analyst who will be responsible for retail reporting, analysis and coordination of divisional retail projects and budgets. Reporting into the Luxe Retail & Education Director, they will pioneer new collaborative ways of working between the brands and functions, and will be a key part of supporting the division’s retail team, allowing them to make strategic decisions.
You will have genuine excitement and passion for retail and an understanding of there tail market and operational and commercial drivers.
