Description:
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience as a Backup Engineer, with a focus on Datto and Veeam.
- Familiarity with NetBackup systems is a plus.
- Knowledge of Azure backups and AvePoint 365 backups preferred, but not required.
- Strong understanding of backup and recovery principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Experience with Windows Server operating systems and basic knowledge of Linux operating systems is ideal.
- Familiarity with storage technologies and systems.
- Experience with archiving systems, such as Enterprise Vault, is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Veritas Certified Specialist, Veeam Certified Engineer) are a plus.
